What goes into the Brand Kit, and where does it show up?
Colours, fonts and logo. Fonts are set as roles — heading, body, accent — and per content language, because a Hebrew font and an English font aren't the same choice.
What you set here shows up in post templates, landing pages, forms and emails. That's why it's worth setting once at the start rather than colouring every output by hand.
Why is there a gallery, and what should I upload to it?
The gallery is your image and video store. When a post or a reel is generated, the visual choice is made out of it — no gallery means text with no images.
Upload photos of you (portraits, work shots), backgrounds, and short b-roll clips. Twenty good images is enough for outputs to stop looking generic.
What are “brand settings” and the public address?
Your brand name and your public address. The address is the username every public link of yours sits on — a landing page, a form, your link in bio — in the form <username>.coflow.website/<page>.
Set it once, early. Changing it later breaks links you already sent people.
What is the notepad in the brand profile?
One free-form notepad per brand, saved as you type. It feeds no engine — it's somewhere to keep things within reach: a line from your DNA you keep returning to, a content idea, a decision you made.
If something there should affect what gets written, move it into the strategy, an anchor or Brand Voice. The notepad is for your memory, not the system's.
If I change something in the brand profile, what happens to content already made?
Nothing. Existing outputs stay as they are. The change affects what gets created from now on.
If you want an existing post to reflect the change, regenerate it from the same anchor.
