How do the boards work?
A board is a set of tasks in columns. You can have several — by area, by client, by project — and organise them in folders.
The first board created is your home board, and it's what opens by default.
Tasks are where the work itself is run — what needs doing, who owns it, and by when. They cut across the whole system: a task can be tied to a platform, a product or a client.

The safe route meanwhile: press Enter at the end of each subtask, then save.
Yes. The same tasks, by due date, so you can see whether a week is overloaded.
