Where are the settings?
User menu at the top → Settings. There are four tabs: profile, billing, integrations, and permissions & roles.
Brand settings (name, public address, Brand Kit) live separately under Brand profile, and channel settings live in the platform workspace.
What can I connect to Coflow?
Google Calendar — so booked meetings are written to your calendar and availability respects what's already there.
A payments account — to charge for a meeting. The money goes to your account, not through us.
Rav Messer (Responder) — importing existing mailing lists.
ManyChat — to tie DM automations to your tracked links.
Wix — pulling enquiries and form submissions from your site.
What are credits?
Credits are the unit AI usage is measured in — content generation, analyses, transcription. They renew monthly, and the counter sits in the top bar.
Ordinary actions — boards, contacts, forms, sending email — don't consume credits.
How do I add someone else to the account?
Settings → Permissions & roles. Invite by email address and choose which areas they can reach.
Someone without access to an area sees a screen saying so, not a half-loaded one. Access is enforced on the data itself, not only in the display.
What do I get notified about?
Things that happen without you: a task hitting its due date, a form submission, a long job finishing.
The bell in the top bar gathers all of it, and it's also where “report a bug” and “request a feature” live.
What is the affiliate program?
A personal link you can share. Anyone who signs up through it is attributed to you.
The program hasn't officially opened yet — the link exists, and the full terms will be sent when it does.
